Prego Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce How Do I Make Baked Ziti w/Lean Beef?Here is how you make Baked Ziti w/Lean Beef: Preheat oven to 350 F.Cook pasta according to package directions without added fat or salt.While cooking pasta, brown ground beef in separate pan until fully cooked; drain off excess fat.In large mixing bowl, combine egg, parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and only 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Add cooked and drained ground beef. Stir together. Stir in only 3 cups of Prego sauce. Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to mixture in bowl. Stir thoroughly. Spread evenly in 13x9 baking dish.
