Here is how you make SkinnyTaste Bolognese:

In a large saute pan cook chopped bacon until fat has melted over medium low heat. Add onion, celery, & carrots & cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Change heat to medium high. Add beef & salt & pepper. Brown the beef. Add wine & reduce, about 4 minutes. Add tomatoes & simmer for 2 hours. (I transferred to crock pot, or you could cook the whole thing in the InstaPot).
