Here is how you make Momma's Chicken Parmesean:

Makes six servings of one breast half each with tomatoe sauce divided by sixUsing a large deep skillet put olive oil in skillet and let get hot.Add chicken breast, onions, and garlicto hot skillet to brown on both sides. This will take only five minutesWhen both sides are browned, add tomatoes, parmesean cheese, sugar, and italian seasoning to the skillet. Move the chicken around in the tomatoe sauce to coat all sides.Cook on Medium heat uncovered for thirty minutes. This will thicken the sauce.Spread the fat free mozzarella on top of the entire skillet. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.Serve alone or over noodles depending on your diet.
