1 Lb Penne pasta

1 Jar Bertolli vodka sauce

4 ounces mozzarella cheese part skim

1 Tbsp olive oil

Italian seasoning/garlic to taste

1. Put pot of water with a little salt on to boil for the penne2. Remove visible fat from chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces3. put chicken in frying pan with oil and seasoning and saute until cooked through with no pink on inside4.Once water boils put penne in boil for 11-13 minutes5. When chicken is cooked drain out remaining olive oil and herbs in pan and add in vodka sauce to begin heating6. When penne is fully cooked drain in a strainer over the sink return to pot.7. Add the chicken and sauce mixture straight to pot8. Add in the mozzarella cheese and mix until completely blended9.
