1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
1 onion cut into chunks
1 cup of baby carrots
4 tablespoons of olive oil
garlic powder
onion powder
Mrs. Dash southwest chipotle seasoning
1Small jar of Ragu onion & garlic pasta sauce
Pasta ( I used egg noodles)

Here is how you make Itialian Chicken:

Cut chicken and veggies into chunks. Heat olive oil add garlic powder, oinion powder, Mrs Dash to pan. Place chicken in pan cook til no longer pink. Drain olive oil off of chicken. Add veggies to chicken cook abt 10 more mintues.Cook Pasta according to package. after you have cooked chicken and veggies add the Ragu pasta sauce and heat throughly. when heated serve over pasta.
