1/2 cup of parmesean
16 oz part skim mozarella
2 cups of plain - self-seasoned- tomato sauce
2 eggs


How Do I Make Tom's Chicken Parm?

Here is how you make Tom's Chicken Parm:

Heat large skillet to medium. When hot add oil. Dip chicken in egg then in breadcrumb. Fry chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and let sit on paper toweling. Fry all chicken. Meanwhile, heat sauce and add fresh or dried herbs to taste. Slice mozarella cheese. In square baking dish drizzle a little sauce on bottom. Begin to layer: chicken - mozarella - parmesean - sauce.
