1 16oz container Purity 4% Cottage Cheese
4 cups Great Value Fancy Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella, (2 bags)
1 24oz jar Bertolli five cheese pasta sauce (Ragu Six Cheese sauce is used in the original recipe, but my store didn't carry it)
6 pieces Creamette No Boil Lasagna Noodles

Italian Seasoning to taste.

I also diced half an onion and added it to the beef while cooking.

Brown and drain meat, sprinkle with italian seasoning for flavor.Combine Cottage Cheese and pasta sauce in bowl.Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray, and layer with:3 no boil noodles1/2 meat1/2 sauce mixture1/2 cheeseRepeat layer and cover tightly with foil.
