Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, and add the fish (in batches if necessary). Cook until moist but done. Remove from the skillet.Add garlic, olives, tomatoes, and Tabasco to the skillet. Cook for about 1 minute. Add the Balsamic vinegar and cook for 5 minutes, stirring every minute or so.Add the chopped parsley and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat immediately (or parsley will go limp).
