6 cup Chicken Stock, Swanson (by GFAMTX)
.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 cup Spinach, fresh
1 cup Half and Half Cream


How Do I Make Instant Pot Zuppa Toscana?

Here is how you make Instant Pot Zuppa Toscana:

Cook bacon and set aside, reserving a small amount on the bottom of your pot. Saute onions on high for about 3 minutes. Add sausage and saute until almost done and browned. Add garlic and saute for another minute. Use a small amount of broth to deglaze pot. Turn off pot and add broth, water and potatoes. Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes. Allow 10 minutes NPR, then do a QR until pressure button goes down. Remove lid and turn on to saute, low. Add spinach and stir until soft and darker green.
