(6 oz.) shredded part skim mozzarella 1 1/2 oz. shredded parmesan 1/2 c. egg substitute 1 lb. zucchini, sliced lengthwise 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley salt and pepper to taste How Do I Make Healthy Lasagna?Here is how you make Healthy Lasagna: Heat oven to 350. Brown chicken sausage in sauce pan. Add spaghetti sauce and water and let simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, half of mozzarella, parmesan, egg substitute, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Arrange 4 uncooked pasta pieces over sauce; cover with 1 cup sauce. Arrange slices of zucchini over sauce then spread one-half cheese filling over zucchini. Repeat with pasta, sauce, mushrooms and cheese filling. Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella; bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
