You will need a lasagne pan or a cake pan (they both work fine.) Pre heat oven to 350.

1-3 lbs of lean beef. (lbs depend on family size. I use 3 lbs for a family of 5 with left overs)

1 big jar of Ragu chunky garden style with tomato and garlic. for 3 lbs of meat use smaller jars smaller amounts. (1 lb small jar, 2lbs med jar) Unless you like the sause over the meat.

1 1/2 lbs or 3 8 oz pkgs Kraft shredded low fat Mozzerella cheese (do not add more then 2.5 lbs in one pan, it will come out with a bit more liquid then desired)

1/2-1 pkg Barilla no boil Lasagne noodles.

This could be a meat free dish also. Remember, try the low calorie/low carb sauces. Add ground turkey or chicken instead of lean beef. Use Mulit grain/whole wheat noodles. Let me know how they taste!
