Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray small baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of the dish and set aside.In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook lasagna noodles. (Good to have more than 2 just in case one tears)Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, mix together meat, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, spinach, half of the Parmesan, and spices.When noodles are cooked, drain and lay on a kitchen towel to dry.
