Here is how you make Sunday Night Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat bottom of 9x13 glass baking pan with marinara.Cook lasagna according to directions. While cooking, brown meat over medium heat. Drain grease, if any, and stir in mushrooms and sauce. Turn down to low and simmer.Drain noodles and let cool. Be sure they are laying flat.Mix ricotta, eggs, onion, garlic, spinach, seasonings and 1T of Parmesan.Layer 4 noodles in bottom of pan over the sauce. Layer half of the ricotta mixture, then half the mozzarella, then half of the meat sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan.Cover with foil and bake for 30-40min.
