Here is how you make 10-Lb Lasagna - Better For You Version:

1. Cook beef and sausage in large pan with onion, garlic and Italian seasoning until meat is fully cooked. Remove any excess grease.2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Let simmer 20 minutes.3. Cook noodles per package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking together and to make them easier to handle.4. Combine ricotta, eggs, parmesan, oregano, and parsley in medium-sized bowl until smooth and creamy.5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.6.
