Saut? onions & green peppers and meat until onions and green pepper are tender. Add salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, brown slightly. Add tomato sauce, 1/8th tsp. Parm cheese, oregano, sweet basil, 1 tsp. garlic powder and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 20 mins. or a little longer. Place 1/3 cooked noodles in bottom of sprayed cake pan. Cover with 1/2 sauce, over sauce place cottage cheese spread evenly, mushrooms and lay on cheese slices. Over cheese slices the rest of noodles, top with remaining sauce.
