Combine flour, .75 cup water, and 3 eggs. Stir until smooth. Pour thin layer into pan to cook crepe. Put layer of sauce on bottom of casserole dish. Combine rest of ingredients for filling (reserve mozzarella for top if desired). Fill crepes and roll up. Place in dish, top with sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.
