Here is how you make Italian Bratwurst Pasta Bake:

Cook pasta to very al dente. Slice bratwurst and sautee, drain excess fat then sautee onions, garlic, mushrooms. When vegetables are mostly cooked stir in (drained) spinach and cook until excess water evaporates. Remove from heat and combine with bratwurst and pastaSpray 9x13 casserole with non stick cooking spray. Cover the bottom of the pan with a little sauce, then add the pasta, veg, meat mixture and top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until sauce is bubbling and cheese is starting to brown.
