1 - 2 Tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed

How Do I Make Pasta y Fagoli?

Here is how you make Pasta y Fagoli:

In a large pot heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add onions and saute until soft. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, chicken broth and chick peas. Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer and cook until peas are soft. You may want to add some water to thin down soup to your preference. Add noodles and heat through. Salt and Pepper to taste.
