* Crushed Tomatoes, 1 can
* Beans, white, 0.75 cup
* Butternut Squash, 1 cup roasted and pureed
* Onions, raw, 1 small
* Garlic, 1 clove minced
* Red Wine, 2 fl oz
* Boneless skinless chicken breast (one half ) cubed
* Spinach, fresh, 2 cup


How Do I Make Power Pasta?

Here is how you make Power Pasta:

Cook pasta according to directions. Set aside one cup of hot pasta water before draining. In another pan, brown chicken and set aside. Spray nonstick spray in pan and brown onions. Add garlic, tomatoes, squash puree and wine and cook until simmering. Add in spinach and white beans. Cook until spinach is wilted and beans are warmed. Transfer mixture to food processor and pulse until well combined. Return to pan and add reserved pasta water until it reaches desires consistency. Add pasta and chicken and heat through.
