2 packages farfalle; 2 cups bell peppers cut into strips; 1 cup mushroom pieces, fresh; 1 cup frozen snap peas; 5-10 artichoke hearts, chopped; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 lemon's worth of juice; 1/2 cup frozen spinach; 1/3 cup EVOO; 10 large black or calamata olives, coarsly chopped; 1 pt grape tomatoes, halved; crushed red pepper; italian seasoning, feta cheese.


How Do I Make Hubby's Pasta Primavera?

Here is how you make Hubby's Pasta Primavera:

Heat olive oil in pan until you start to see bubbles (med-low). Add garlic, crushed red pepper and italian seasoning, let simmer until the garlic begins to brown, be careful not to burn it. Add peppers, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, snap peas, spinach, grape tomatoes, and olives. If you use frozen spinach, get the chopped and not the block, it's harder to use the block. Add lemon juice and let simmer on low, stirring frequently. Start water for pasta. Cook pasta as per directions on package. When pasta is done, drain.
