Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and parsley and saute several minutes.Add tomatoes and spices. Cook uncovered over low heat 15 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.Add shrimp and continue cooking another 15 minutes, or until shrimp is heated through and sauce is thick.Stir sauce mixture into pasta before serving.
