2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
2 cups (2 packets) Boca ground burger
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
6 oz can tomato paste
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 c brown sugar

Saute onion in olive oil in a saucepan. After lightly caramelized, add Boca meat along with garlic, salt, pepper and red peppers and lightly saute over high heat.Reduce heat to low and mix in tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir in celery salt, salt and pepper. Start with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and mix into the sauce. Gradually add more brown sugar if desired, depending on acidity of tomatoes.
