Here is how you make Cousin Jo's Spaghetti Sauce:

Add all ingredients to pot. Bring to simmer and cook, covered with a screen to catch any spurts of sauce, for 2 hours. Stir every 20-30 minutes, scraping sides down. This sauce CAN be cooked for only about 30 minutes for a quick sauce. You can also saute the garlic and onions in 2 tbsp. Olive Oil (Calories not factored in)Makes about 8 1/2 cup servings, and can easily be doubled for large groups.
