1 tsp Onion Powder
5 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Thyme
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1-2 bay leaves

Here is how you make Matt's Spaghetti Sauce:

Place tomatoes in blender and turn on to lowest settining. Open center part of lid keeping the outer ring on to prevent splashes. While blending add all of the other ingredients except bay leaves.Once blended pour into sauce pan and add the bay leaves and bring to simmer.
