The ingredients for Nana's Red Sauce are:

1 pound Ground Turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1.5 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 (28 oz) cans No Salt Added Plum Tomato
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can Diced tomato with Italian herbs
1/2 can water
2-3 Tbsp Dried Parsley
2 tsp Dried Mint

In a large stock pot, brown the turkey in 1/8 cup olive oil. Saute onion, mushroom and garlic in remaining olive oil and add to the turkey. Crush the plum tomatoes, add all tomato products to the pot. Add 1/2 can of water.Add spices, simmer uncovered for 3 hours.
