1) Chop onion & garlic & cook in oil in microwave for 2 mins on high2) Add tomatoe paste, pinch of salt, pepper, basil, & sugar & mix.3) Add tin of tomatoes, cut and squash.4) Add small cup of beef stock & stir.5) Cook on high for 5 minutes & stir.6) Cook on power level 6 for 15 minutes & stir.7) Cook on power level 5 for 10 minutes.
