3/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
1 (6-ounce) package fresh baby spinach or arugula leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup crumbled reduced fat feta cheese

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.2. Meanwhile, warm the oliveoil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and broth; bring to a simmer, and cook 5 minutes or until the tomatoes soften and some liquid evaporates.
