Here is how you make Vegan Summer Squash Italian Stir Fry:

In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat, add onion and cook for about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes or until onions are tender. Add the squash and zucchini, sprinkle with basil, red pepper, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 min. then add the tomatoes. Cooke for about 1 minute then add the sausage and tomato sauce. Continue to cook until vegetables are tender.
