Here is how you make Zucchini and Turkey Casserole:

In a large pan brown turkey with onion and garlic, drain. Return to pan, add zucchini and crushed tomato, mix well and let simmer. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta and mozzarella. Add to meat mixture and stir well. Put mixture in a roasting pan. Mix together the panko and parmesan and spread on top of meat and zucchini. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
