Here is how you make Turkey and Veggie Penne Pasta:

Bring water and chicken stock to a boil. Add Penne and garlic powder. Remove off heat after 5 minutes or when pasta is almost al dente.While penne is cooking, brown meat in a skillet with olive oil and add in veggies, garlic powder and basil and roast until meat is cooked through.Once meat is cooked through, pasta, with 2 cups broth to skillet.
