2 eggs
1/4 cup of parsley
1 jar of Ragu: Parmesan and Mozarella sauce
1 pkg of whole wheat lasagna noodles

preheat oven at 375* F.coat 13x9 baking dish with cooking sprayIn a 12" skillet, heat 1TBS oil over medium heat, add spinach, cook for 2 minutes(until wilted).Drain spinach, add to the cut up carrots, add salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper.in another bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella,eggs,parsley and the remaining pepper.combine the sauce with 1 cup of water and spread 1/2 cup over the bottom of the baking dish.
