1 clove garlic, minced
1 TBS parsley
1 TBS basil
11/2 tsp salt
1 can crushed tomatoes
2, 6 oz cans tomato paste

Brown meat slowly. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

NOODLE LAYER
1 box whole wheat lasagna noodles
Cook according to directions. You will only need 6-10 noodles depending on how much you want in the layer. (I used 3 in each layer.)

CHEESE LAYER
2 (12 oz.) cartons low fat cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 TBS parsley
1/2 fresh parmesan, shredded

Combine cottage cheese and next 5 ingredients.

Place noodles in 13X9 dish. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture on top. Spread 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat. Add mozzarella to top.
Bake on 375 for 30 minutes or until desired brownness.
