Here is how you make Whole Wheat Lasagne:

Cook noodles according to package directions.Brown ground beef in a sauce pan (add onions, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms etc here, if desired).Spread a thin layer of plain sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan.Add the remainder of the sauce to the cooked ground beef.In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and add 2 cups of cottage cheese until mixed.Place three noodles in the pan and top with half the beef mixture. Top with mozzerella slices and another layer of noodles. Add the whole cottage cheese mixture, topped with another layer of mozzerella and the final layer of noodles. Finish with the rest of the sauce mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper.Bake at 350 Degrees for 1 hour. Let stand to set for 15 minutes before serving.
