What Are The Ingredients For No-bake Granola Bars Recipe?The ingredients for No-bake Granola Bars are: 4 tbs unsalted Butter1/2 c packed Brown sugar (I used 1/4 cup blonde coconut palm sugar & 1/4 cup whey low gold) 1/4 cup Agave Nectar (it called for honey, but I was out) 2 1/2 cups oats (or granola) 1/4 cup wheat germ 2 tb ground flaxseed 2 tb whole flax seed 1/2 cup craisins 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (it called for chopped almonds or sunflower seeds, I chose sunflower seeds:D) 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (my mom used sweetened carob chips, & I also used some dark chocolate chips) 2 tb chia seeds How Do I Make No-bake Granola Bars?Here is how you make No-bake Granola Bars: 1) In med. saucepan, combine brown sugar, agave nectar, & butter & bring to a boil over med/high heat, reduce to med/low heat & simmer until the sugar is disolved, then remove from heat.2)Add all ingredients except chocolate chips, fold in until evenly coated3) Transfer to 9x13 ungreased pan & press firmly until it's even.4) Gently press chocolate chips on top5)Place pan in fridge to set the mixture, til firm- approx. 15 min's.6) cut into 2 1/4" x 3" barsServing Size: makes 18 barsNumber of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DANIEPATI.What's The Nutritional Info For No-bake Granola Bars?The nutritional information for No-bake Granola Bars is:
