Here is how you make Quick Banana Smoothie!:

Makes roughly one glassful1. Peel banana and place it in a large bowl (although i now prefer to use a tall fat plastic jug to avoid getting splattered when blending).2. Take a stick blender and blend the banana until it's very gooey, but slightly lumpy.3. Add milk. Blend the milk and banana mixture until it has reached the consistencey you like. (I usually blend for atleast an additional minute so that it's nice and frothy!)4.
