Here is how you make Bolognaise:

Fry mince beef with onion and garlic (ideally in something like fry lite). Add lots of chopped vegetables - depends on what you have in, I use mushrooms, peppers, celery, carrots etc.. Once soft add tins of tomatoes, tomato puree, stock cube, herbs etc. and cook for a while.
