Here is how you make Whole Wheat walnut bread:

In a large bowl, combine the warm water, honey, yeast and salt. The water should feel hot to the touch but not scalding, like hot bathwater. Stir and let the yeast dissolve. Whisk in flour, oil and half the walnuts. Then, using a wooden spoon, or some other strong, large spoon, stif in the rest of the flour and walnuts. You will have a sticky dough, stiff enough to form a ball but somewhat softer than the usual bread dough. Pat it into a ball and put it back in its bowl. Cover the bowl with a lid (not airtight) and leave the dough to rise for 3-4 hours; it will rise until it collapses. At this poin you can shape your loaf and bake your bread.
