1 cup quick cook oats
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup skim milk (or non-dairy milk alternative)
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp canola oil
1/3 cup natural peanut butter

Here is how you make Coach Nicole's Peanut Butter Oat Bars:

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F.Process 2 cups rolled oats in blender or food processor until they become flour-like. Mix "oat flour" with dry ingredients in a bowl.Add all wet ingredients (except peanut butter) to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.Add peanut butter and mix well. Spray a small baking dish (about 5 inches x 12 inches, or similar) with non-stick cooking spray. Add mixture to the dish, pressing it down with a spatula. With a knife, cut the whole sheet into 18 bars. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until edges of bars are lightly browned.
