1 large onion, diced
1 tbs minced garlic
1 large can dark red kidney beans
1 large can tomato juice

1 can Miller High Life
dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
8 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp dried parsley
tiny pinch cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste (though I rarely add salt)
