Crack 4 eggs into wide bowlPour 1 cup of 1% milkAdd 3 packets Or 3 tsp of equal/splendaWhisk till blendedDrop bread in mix, flip be sure both sides are wet but not saturatedHeat skillet to medium high, spray with cooking sprayDrop bread into pan. Cook until brown on both sides. The crispier the better...but not burned.Then comes the fun part!Slice toast into 3 slices.Place slices on plate in a circular shape.Do NOT cut the leaves off of the strawberry!Make several slices down to the leaves without cutting through. Then push them apart into a fan like shape and place in center of flower petals.Also as a variation, you could place a ring of banana slices around the strawberry center.Cover with syrup or whipped cream and enjoy!!!
