Here is how you make Brownies-Gluten-Free:

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another bowl then mix them together. Scoop into a "PAM" sprayed non-stick 8X8" pan -- I use a pan with 12 dividers made for brownies. Place a shallow pan of water on the oven shelf under the brownies. Bake in 350* oven 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Serving Size:?Makes 12 brownies.
