1. Get out that blender/food processor2. Add beans, tofu, vegetables, egg and milk and season3. Blend until thick consistency4. Add flour and bread crumbs/oats and mix until doughy texture achieved5. Heat up stainless steel skillet with 1 tablespoon canola oil in it (may need to add more but its a start)6. Roll and flatten with hands or drop and spread with spoon onto hot pan and cook about 2-3 minutes each side7.
