Flat Out Flat Bread (Light Original) -- 1/2 of a piece
Paremsan Cheese, Shredded -- 1 tsp
Butter (unsalted) -- 2 tsp
Roast Beef (I use chopped pieces) -- 1 oz


How Do I Make Jessie's Roast Beef Roll-Up?

Here is how you make Jessie's Roast Beef Roll-Up:

Take the flat bread (I use this brand because it is low in calories, sugar, and carbs but tastes AMAZING!!) and cut it in half long ways. Spread the butter on the 1/2 piece of flat bread. Next take the quarter cup of lettuce and spread it over the bread, then you can spread the roast beef over the lettuce. Last all you need to do is sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.Once all this is added feel free to roll up the bread. After this I tend to wrap the roll-up in wax paper and put it in the fridge for lunch the next day. Serving Size: Makes 1 roll-up.
