Scald Soy milk. Allow to cool to room temperature. Add Smart Balance spread, mix well. Blend egg substitute and scalded milk into dry ingredients.Measure 1 serving active dry yeast. Leave until room temperature. Add less than tblsp flour & tsp Splenda mixed. Add 1/2 cup warm water, stir until all solid dispersed in water. Set aside yeast mix until it doubles. Sift flour. Or shape into 7-8 size hamburger rolls.Bake at 425 deg F for ten minutes to halt rising. Lower oven heat to 350 deg F for another 35-40 minutes or until bread tester comes clean.
