First Cube the chicken into 1 inch pieces Mix all the other ingredients into a smooth sauce then place them in a tupperware container with a lid (so the garlic doesn't cling to everything in your fridge) Add the chicken, mix so all pieces are covered then place the lid on adn refridgerate for aslong as you want i normally prep mine the day before but 1 hour is enough too so that part's up to you really.
