Here is how you make Chicken Cucumber Salad:

Cook chicken breast using what ever low fat method you like. I use just enough water to cover bottom of fry pan and sprinkle chicken w/ garlic and onion powder. Cooking time will vary on how you cook your chicken. While chicken is cooking dice up cucumber, onion, bell peppers and celery. After chicken is cooked and cool, dice and add to veggies. Add mustard and mayonnaise.
