Here is how you make Chicken Salad w/Cauliflower:

Finely chop celery and slice grapes. Steam cauliflower and puree it. Season chicken breast to your liking, and fry with cooking spray in a large pan over medium heat. Once cooked, chop chicken into cubes. Chop up hard boiled eggs. In a large mixing bowl, layer as follows: pureed cauliflower, finely chopped celery, onions, sliced grapes, chicken, chopped egg, mayonnaise, and yogurt. Fold the mayonnaise and yogurt into the salad, taking care to scrape the bottom of the bowl and incorporate the pureed cauliflower.
