4 celery stalks, trimmed and sliced
1 1/2 cups whole wheat crackers, crushed (approximately 1 whole sleeve)
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Dressing: 1/2 cup favorite light blue cheese dressing
