You can roast your own chicken, or to save a lot of time buy one preroasted from your favorite deli. Remove the chicken from the bone and chop into bite size pieces. Put in a large bowl. Drain pineapple bits and save the juice. Add pineapple, halved grapes and cashews to chicken. Mix miracle whip and cream cheese together until blended. Add reserved pineapple juice and dill. Pour dressing over salad and fold making sure everything is well coated. Serve on a bed of greens or pita chips - or simply as it is.
