Here is how you make Spicy Chicken Salad Sandwich:

First cook chicken with Mrs. Dash. When chicken is done then sautee onions and peppers till onions are tender. Remove them from heat. In bowl blend tomato, onions, peppers, ketchup, mustard, and ranch. When chicken is done, chop and add to mix. Mix everthing thing together. Toast the bread. Place a piece of chesse on two slices.
